I felt that the UI could be improved slightly so its more obvious when you buy an item, and especially if the sell button had a more distinctive button. I wasn't sure how to do anything at the start, so I kept selling my slimes without really thinking and getting game overs lol. Eventually, I got it and I had a fun time. Nice work!

This might be one of the most polished games I've played. The "game feel" feels really tight and whenever I die, I know its my fault. This game is pretty self explanatory, but it did take me a while to release that I had to hold left click instead of mash it. An in game tutorial would be nice. Also, difficulty settings are a major plus for me. I could play easy mode to get better at the controls. If you revisit, I would advise removing friendly fire on easy mode (or have enemy hit you once and not stick to you). Overall, such a good experience. Well done
This is a game where its mechanics are very well communicated with the design of its level and its sprite work. I could tell just by looking what everything did and how to progress. Unfortunately, I lack the multitasking that some people have, and couldn't really get past the first level on my own. I'll pair up with a friend, but for the mean time... I liked what I saw. Good job!
A well executed game that gets all the more gratifying as you progress. One criticism I will add is if the main ship was in a different colour to the extra ships you can get as with all the ships together, I couldn't tell which one to guard the most. Even then, I was so well protected, it barely mattered until I started taking too much damage. I had a lot of fun with this one - nice work!
The pixel art is great, and the lighting takes it to a whole new level! (seriously the tv lighting looked awesome) I was admittedly getting spooked by the music that was picking up pace! I would really like a checkpoint system, as I found it hard to outrun the demon after checking out the closet, as I spawned too close to the demon after going through the door to the kitchen/ living room. It is quite the chore to do all the chores again after dying once. This game is super atmospheric and I commend you for that!
I can't unsee this, but I think the spaceship is smiling at my screen lol. In all seriousness, this is a pretty fun and creative experience - and I ALWAYS have respect for people who put in time to have such simple, but charming cutscenes in their games :) Had to retype my seed to get a playable world, but it was a blast! (no pun intended). Good Job!
The setting is really distinctive especially with the game jam theme - it also felt rewarding to collect more wagons, even if I'm not sure what perks they have. I wish there was a way to defend against being shot, since the longer I got, the faster I was taken out. Even with this, I enjoyed my time with this game.
By adding a tutorial, you've saved all your players from potentially misinterpreting or not understanding how to play your game and I commend you for that! The core mechanic is a very flexible one and is used in really creative ways. I got almost all the way through until I made a mistake and went to write this comment. A bit of polish to the visuals - and this game can go really far!
I like the idea of using souls to progress throughout these levels, however I find that some jumps - especially the first jump pad jump in level two leave very little room for error for such an early level. Because of the character's high gravity - making jumps is quite difficult in general. I would also advise to rethink the colour schemes of some of the platforms - the platforms in the purple area are kinda hard to spot. Regardless, I appreciate how polished the game is visually and animation wise. Very varied level design too. Good Job!
I appreciate the really cute, minimalist opening cutscene to the game - and introducing the controls within the game itself. This is often overlooked in other games. And whilst I believe that the fact that you're supposed to get the rectangle (gems?) collectibles to complete the level could have been communicated a little better, the pixel art is clear and appealing. I still can't beat the third level though - good game!
The muted colour scheme and pixel art aesthetic meshes surprisingly well with the 3d space. The sound design also intensifies these puzzles. I feel like that I get eliminated a bit too quickly so its a bit hard to figure out what to do though. But when I learnt of how to do the first puzzle, it seemed so obvious. Nice work!
This might be one of my favourite ones yet out of this game jam. The main mechanic is simple, but its so well implemented in all the levels that I couldn't help but enjoy bouncing around. Spamming down at the start of any level is hilarious and pressing down in the middle of a massive jump is also funny. What a nice take on the theme. You did a great job!
Just don't think too much about jumping on dead bodies lol.
The gentle, slow music and a welcoming colour scheme gives this game a very relaxed, homely and wholesome vibe. I especially love how you use the buttons to switch between both characters, which gives an extra layer of challenge to the overall puzzle, because you have to be careful about which buttons you activate.
Good Job!
